Spatial Concept
Illustration 1:
conceptualizes the transition of outdoor rock climbing into an architectural framework, using it as a metaphor for spatial exploration. Climbing holds are reimagined as individual programmatic zones, connected by harness-like vertical circulation elements, forming a dynamic, layered environment. Illustration 2:
complements this by showcasing the project’s zoning strategy, guided by an “inside-out” approach that brings outdoor activities into the building. The base map reinforces this concept, blurring boundaries between interior and exterior to create interactive, activity-driven spaces. Together, the illustrations propose a design strategy rooted in movement, transformation, and the experiential integration of natural and built environments.
Spatial Concept
The third illustration showcases an architectural concept inspired by the organic forms and connectivity of bubbles. Multiple pod-like structures resembling clustered bubbles are suspended at various heights and connected via ladders, emphasizing spatial planning on different levels. The transparent, polygonal forms suggest lightweight materials and an ethereal quality, blending with the natural mountainous backdrop and trees. Human figures placed around and within the structures give a sense of scale and interaction. This experimental design explores verticality, fluid connectivity, and integration with nature, aligning with the concept of multi-level spatial organization inspired by organic growth patterns.
