Spatial Concept

The Pulse of the Past Rave Space encourages emotional expression through a series of rituals within the environment. Participants wear headpieces crafted from discarded orrery components, which link to EEG pods suspended from the ceiling. These devices harness energy generated by users' emotional responses. A concealed area produces energy to power the entire site, providing an immersive and intimate rave experience that deepens memories of the past and fosters emotional release. Tentacle-like arms extend to establish connections, facilitating the capture and utilisation of this energy.

Spatial Concept

Within a dark grey, 1960s-inspired world, a vibrant splash of colour resides within the walls of the Papplewick site, shielded from the watchful gaze of the AI dictator. Upon entering, visitors embark on a transformative journey, shedding their 1960s garments and shedding external layers to prepare for an emotional revival in the central rave area.
