The Print House
Camera Obscura

2085 Narrative
In 2085, physical art is a relic, buried by a world obsessed with digital photos. But when a virus corrupts global systems, every image is distorted, real or fake, it’s all a blur. Creators are punished for imperfections, forced to conform. Amid this chaos, a sanctuary emerges. A space to unplug, reconnect with nature, and return to hands-on art like screen printing and drawing. Here, memories are preserved privately, untouched by technology. The camera obscura offers escape, capturing the real world, crafting authentic images free from AI. The Hall of Memory honors original works that once shaped humanity, a powerful tribute to human creativity before the rise of machines.
Spatial Concept
This spatial concept is a journey through the full process of screen printing, unfolding in six clear stages, from idea to final print. Each zone immerses visitors in a step of the craft, encouraging hands-on engagement and creative discovery. The space is light, open, and airy, built with natural materials that ground users in a tactile experience. A flowing mesh structure guides movement, symbolizing the fluidity of creativity and connecting each phase seamlessly. As users progress, they gain a deeper appreciation for the rhythm, patience, and imperfections of analog making. The environment itself becomes part of the process, a sanctuary where art, nature, and memory meet.
