This site redevelopment will create a vibrant new music economy through a modern Education Facility, a dynamic Music Venue, and a six-storey office space for local businesses. The project will foster sustainable careers in the music industry while boosting Bracknell’s economy and tourism. The venue, featuring a public bar and restaurant, ensures year-round engagement and revenue while supporting larger-scale events. Backed by UK Government insights into the need for physical platforms, the facility will empower musicians to promote their work, connect with fans, and enrich the local cultural scene.
The split-site design enables a seamless, flowing experience for all. At its heart, a subterranean music venue evokes wonder, immersing guests in an industrial jungle with exposed brick and hanging plants. Above, a vibrant bar promotes community with a central hub and intimate seating, leading to a sunny beer garden. The CLT-built restaurant offers a relaxed, natural space for year-round enjoyment. Connected by stairwells, the entire site is accessible—creating an inclusive new hub for the Bracknell community.
