Project
Core Healing is a sanctuary designed to nurture mental well-being through therapeutic architecture. Drawing from monastic traditions, it offers an immersive retreat where mindfulness and holistic healing are central. Through colour, light, and spatial design, visitors experience emotional restoration and self-reflection. Featuring meditation, yoga, and social spaces, it creates an atmosphere of tranquillity while enriching Newark’s cultural and economic fabric. Sustainability is vital—carbon-negative materials and ecological integration ensure the space heals both people and the planet. Harmonizing with its historic surroundings, Core Healing bridges past and future, inspiring growth and renewal.
Project
Personal objects hold deep emotional significance, shaping identity and memory. Core Healing embraces this concept, crafting a space inspired by the sanctity of personal artefacts. Each element within the retreat echoes themes of familiarity and comfort, fostering connection and introspection. Architectural interventions channel light, texture, and spatial flow to support psychological healing, ensuring visitors feel a profound sense of belonging. Mindfulness practices guide users in embracing their own narratives, transforming their internal struggles into resilience. By merging sacred symbolism with sustainable design, Core Healing redefines urban sanctuaries, offering solace and renewal
