2086 Narrative

By 2086, humanity inhabits a world reshaped by excess, where unchecked population growth and relentless consumption has saturated the environment with radiation. The air, soil and sky carry the invisible danger, forcing every individual into protective suits that conceal identity and filter existence. Life continues, but only through layers of manufactured defense. The rebel group, The Harvesters, understand this reality not as inevitable. Society is sealed in protective suits, their faces hidden and voices filtered. The Harvesters manifestation is not only survival, but restoration, to reclaim the planet from toxicity, and remember what it means to be unshielded. They are a group that adapts, but also one that resists, rebuilds and demands a future where protection is no longer necessary.

Spatial Concept

Spatially, the building is designed in a way that feels like a filter, just like the symbolic object: The Mask. The visitors will enter through pods, where their suits will be washed. The journey through the building includes visiting a mask viewing floor, a suit making workshop and the hydroponics, where visitors will feel recovered when leaving. Through the center of the building travels twisted water pipes, which collects water and supplies the pods.
