Actions that were once anchored in spiritual connection, such as journaling, handcrafting, or meditating in solitude, are considered ineffective and out of date. The constant demand for speed has left people emotionally disconnected and spiritually hollow.
Mindfulness, once a grounding practice, has vanished under the weight of automation and noise. People no longer pause to ask themselves how they feel or what they believe. Individual thought is optional in this AI-driven world, and personal routines have been forgotten.
