Hidden beneath the city, retired scientists repurpose industrial waste into a fermentation process that alters temporal perception, creating an underground brewery where time expands and surveillance fades. The Sunken Tap becomes both production space and refuge: a hidden commons where architecture slows time, restores dialogue, and reclaims human agency.
