Where society is now engrossed in a virtual world, the basic needs of humanity have been neglected. Day and night, the sleep cycle which once dictated everyday life is no more, due to the phone addiction crisis keeping people up all night. Good posture, stimulated brains, and well rested individuals are no more. The Papplewick Circadian Rehabilitation Centre aims to reteach the basic, cherish the sun, and sleep only when it’s dark, away from a screen, as the circadian rhythm intended.
