Water, now rare and sacred, is gently heated using Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion, not for industry, but for tea-making rituals. At its heart stands a Greek clepsydra, marking time with each drop. The surrounding Tea House fosters real conversation and shared experience, replacing virtual connection.
