The Mead Quarter is a mixed-use residential development in Bedminster, Bristol, designed as part of the Temple Quarter regeneration initiative. Located on previously underused brownfield land, the scheme delivers 43 affordable homes alongside a café, gym, retail spaces, and offices. Its stepped massing and beige brick façade respond sensitively to the neighbouring Totterdown Escarpment, preserving key views while enhancing the streetscape. Ground-level activation and accessible public routes connect the site to the city centre, promoting walkability and community integration.
