The Kin.

In 2085, the world has been transformed by technology. Cities are overpopulated, with advanced buildings rapidly constructed to meet demand. AI dominates daily life, making human tasks increasingly automated. As a result, greenhouse gases have peaked, and technological barriers now enclose cities to shield populations from extreme climate conditions. To preserve the past and offer a break from tech-driven life, the Department of Remembrance was formed. It protects key historical sites where people can reconnect with human history. One such place is the Papplewick Pumping Station, offering an immersive experience into the origins of film and cinema, allowing visitors to glimpse life as it was in 1891.
