NHS MEADOWS COURT

Meadows Court is a new NHS diabetes healthcare centre in Nottingham, west of Arkwright Street and south of Crocus Street (NG2). It brings together three buildings linked by a glazed atrium with café and seating, creating a bright, welcoming hub. Facilities include a pool, fitness and cycle studios, consultation rooms, therapy spaces, a pharmacy, kitchen workshop, classroom, and a research wing with offices, lab and breakout space. Designed using Revit, Rhino, Photoshop and D5 Render, the project targets BREEAM Outstanding with solar PVs, ground and air source heat pumps, and swale SuDS. Built on concrete pad foundations with a steel frame, the site includes a running track, playground, secure cycle storage and green spaces inspired by Scandinavian design to support wellbeing.
