Echoes of Time
A ruined worker’s cottage in Ambergate, rich with memories and history, has been reimagined as a space where visitors can immerse themselves in the experience of whiskey, both its creation and its cultural roots.
The ruins are not merely remnants of damage and decay; they are storytellers, quietly echoing the lives and events that once unfolded within their walls. In a similar way, whiskey holds the memory of time. Its character and taste are shaped by the conditions under which it was crafted and the length of its aging process. This space celebrates that connection between place, process, and time.
