Crocus Place

Crocus Place is a vibrant mixed-use entertainment, hospitality and community hub featuring a 1,200 capacity music venue and a food hall offering 12 different street food vendors. The scheme is strategically located opposite Nottingham Railway Station and adjacent to the tramline, benefitting from the high footfall in the area. Incorporating biophilic design principles, the development features extensive landscaping and a rooftop terrace, aimed at promoting biodiversity and creating a green, welcoming environment. Through implementing a hempcrete and glulam structure, the scheme seeks to reduce embodied carbon, balancing environmental sensitivity and developing a prominent site that showcases music and cultural heritage.
