Cabinets of curiosity

Welcome to SKOGR, my immersive experience museum rooted in the themes of Norse mythology and biophilic design. SKOGR, meaning “forest” in Old Norse, invites visitors to reconnect with nature and mythology through architecture that feels alive and storied. The museum’s design embraces natural materials, organic forms, and a deep connection to the environment, reflecting the Norse reverence for the natural world. To enhance the immersive experience, I created handcrafted origami swords and elements, symbolizing the mythology’s iconic artifacts while adding a personal, artistic layer of engagement. These pieces encourage interaction and storytelling.
