The WaterWay

The WaterWay is an exciting design along Newark's Trent River waterfront, welcoming all visitors to find the joy in cooking. Featuring large communal bakery and kitchens, with a smaller private kitchen for quieter cooks, & an onsite greenhouse, providing free ingredients & a place for green-thumbs to shine. The dedicated dining rooms on the river & the beautiful terraced courtyard at the heart provide the perfect spaces to enjoy your creations.

The WaterWay is dedicated to bringing communities together through adversity, and utilises state of the art floatation technology securing its safe use in up to 4.5 meter floods. The risen dining & greenhouse spaces will overlook the flooded courtyard terraces, allowing visitors to watch the draining, safe upon our balconies, & share a hearty meal.
