The Butterfly Pavilion is a smart, sustainable exhibition space designed for the Centre of Excellence in Architectural Technology at Nottingham Trent University's city campus. Envisioned as a temporary structure, the design responds to RIBA Plan of Work stages 0–3, prioritising sustainability, digital architecture, and AI integration. The concept explores adaptability, aiming to promote technological innovation and environmental consciousness through flexible spatial arrangements and passive design strategies. Material choices reflect circular economy principles, while the overall form ensures harmony with the urban context and seasonal climate variations.
