NEXUS Arts is a creative and cultural hub proposed as the second phase of a wider mixed-use development at Power Court in Luton. Featuring a deconstructable steel frame, biosolar roofs, and green walls, it includes a flexible 500-seat auditorium for diverse performances and events. The project supports local talent, inclusivity, and community regeneration. As part of the wider vision LTFC Fanzone is proposed as a secondary structure. Partnered with the new football stadium, it will host matchday events and screen away games with revenue from concession and merchandise that will aid in funding NEXUS Arts, creating a sustainable, community-led model.
