Prelude.
The major study project is the culmination of all skills learnt on the course up to this point. It's a chance for all of our final year AT designers to showcase their ideas, their creativity, and their problem solving abilities. This years brief focuses on 4 core typologies to guide these visions; Education; Health, Wellbeing, Leisure; Creative/ Performing Arts; Mixed Use. Each designer has selected a typology and used it to support the starting point of their innovations. See below to find out more.

Introduction.
The Major Study Project represents the culmination of the knowledge and skills our students have developed throughout the course. It offers our final-year Architectural Technology students an opportunity to demonstrate their design innovation, technical proficiency, and problem-solving capabilities.
For this year’s brief, each student selected their own site and building typology, conducting comprehensive feasibility studies to inform their proposals. Form this starting point, they developed a detailed project brief, conceptual designs, spatially coordinated drawings, and ultimately delivered a fully resolved technical solution. Please see below to find out more.
