Directed Canvas

The project explores how a building can be a canvas for light and directing a user to slow down and take a moment of pause.

The building consists of a cafe, spa and spiritual space. Each have their unique ways of promoting slowing down and taking a moment of pause. Throughout the scheme, there are nooks within the wall for people to sit inside of and take a moment to appreciate their surroundings, architecture and sunlight.

The spa has smaller pools and pockets of reflection and spaces for the individual. This is promoted further with views into an internal courtyard.
