The proposed five-storey fashion house is a multifunctional design hub supporting creativity, sustainability, and education in Nottingham. Designed for NTU’s School of Art & Design, it includes studios, digital labs, galleries, cafés, and a rooftop restaurant centred around a runway space. Positioned in a city known for its textile heritage, it revives Nottingham’s legacy in fashion while promoting innovation. Built with a concrete frame and timber cladding fins, it incorporates recycled materials, passive design, and a green roof reflecting a strong commitment to sustainable urban development and cultural engagement.
